This extension scrolls through your workout history and grabs the date, duration, distance, elevation gain, and calories from each item in your Zwift feed. It also calculates your average watts for each item using the calories burned and time values (assumes 25% efficiency). You can view the table of extracted workout data in the extension, and you can copy it to the clipboard using the button provided.
