Duplicate Tab

Simple extension to assign a keyboard shortcut to the duplicate tab action. Duplicate Tab is a simple extension providing a keyboard shortcut to users to enable to duplicate the current tab. Chrome (and other browsers) have a built-in tab duplicate action but this is often not assignable to a keyboard shortcut, requiring several clicks. The default Duplicate Tab keyboard shortcut in this extension is CTRL+SHIFT+Z although this can be changed by going to "chrome://extensions/shortcuts". You can also click on the extension icon to duplicate your current tab (make sure to pin the extension!). This extension is extremely lightweight, requires no additional permissions to be granted, and collects no data.

Define custom keyboard shortcuts for window and tab operations Defenestration lets you define custom keyboard shortcuts for common window and tab operations. This uses Chrome's built-in support for shortcuts, meaning they work everywhere, robustly. Similar extensions inject keyboard handler code directly into every web page you open, which is unreliable and doesn't work in blank tabs or non-HTML files. As a Linux user, I made this plugin so I could use Alt bindings rather than Windows-like Ctrl bindings. But you can use it for whatever you want. Assign keyboard shortcuts by clicking "Keyboard Shortcuts" at the very bottom of the "Extensions" page found under "More Tools". Or just click the Defenestration icon. Bookmarks HotList

A Speed Dial in your toolbar, with easy set-up and keyboard shortcuts Set up your HotList in the Bookmark Manager, access it from the toolbar in a choice of layouts and colours. For keyboard access, the default shortcut to open the extension is Alt+B (or Command+B). To change the shortcut, paste this into the address bar: chrome://extensions/shortcuts When the extension is open, shortcut keys (1-9 and A-Z) are available for each bookmark. Hold down the Space Bar to reveal hints. Open multiple tabs: 1 click will open a bookmark in a background tab, but the Popup stays open. A 2nd click on that bookmark will close the Popup and activate the tab, or you can open other bookmarks instead. The only automated modification to your bookmarks will be the creation of a new folder to contain those displayed by this extension, and a bookmark to get you started.
