You know when you right click an image there is the option to "Open image in new tab"? You know how it doesn't work if the image is covered by another hidden element? Wouldn't it be nice if you could just tell it to ignore those elements and just open the damn image hidden underneath. Well good news, that's what this extension does! Bonus features! * If there are lots of images stacked on top of each other, it will open all of the images. * It will even check for images using the CSS background-image property. * Not only that but it will work on SVGs too! Note: It doesn't work on the Chrome Web Store pages because they restrict extensions on here.
Right Clicking - Views Image
Adds an option to 'View image' to the right click context menu on an image Adds an option to 'View image' to the right click context menu on an image. This will replace the current web page with just the image in its original size.
Open image in current tab
Adds a context menu option to open an image in the current tab. This extension adds a context menu item that simply opens an image in the current active tab rather than in a new tab.
Fullscreen Image
Right-click any image to view it in fullscreen mode, cropped to fit the entire screen for maximum immersion. Note: If you want to view images from your hard drive, you must first open the extension options, close the small dialog that appears, and check "Allow access to file URLs" on the page behind it.
Reddit Image Opener
Disables Reddit's image view page, allowing image files to be viewed directly When navigating to an image file on Reddit, like when right-clicking an image and selecting “Open image in new tab”, Reddit displays the image within its image view page. Disabling this page allows the image to be viewed independently, without the surrounding Reddit interface. * In earlier versions of this extension, there was an 'Open Image' button that provided convenient access to the source images of posts. However, due to constraints imposed by Reddit's redesign in 2024, this feature is no longer available.
