Control de Asistencia Premium - Fiscoclic La extensión es el complemento de una plataforma SaaS B2B de control de tiempo y asistencia para empresas. Nuestra plataforma permite a los empleados de las empresas registrar su entrada y salida desde dispositivos biométricos, dispositivos móviles (Android & iOS), tablet android, computadoras por medio de Chrome y también desde WhatsApp. La extensión es un canal adicional que permite a los usuarios que trabajan en Chrome para sus actividades, acceder rápidamente a registrar su asistencia. La extensión se conecta en tiempo real a nuestro servidor donde envía los registros de entrada y salida. En todos nuestros canales, el usuario registra sus coordenadas GPS, el ID del dispositivo y el estatus de la actividad realizada. Esta información se concentra en el servidor y permite a la empresa conocer en tiempo real los tiempos por actividad, ausencias, retardos y horas extra. Características Principales: Autenticación segura: Los usuarios se autentican con un código PIN personal vinculado a su token de empleado. Geolocalización: Captura automáticamente las coordenadas GPS al registrar la asistencia. Reconocimiento facial: Verificación biométrica (opcional) para prevenir fraude de identidad, valida que la persona que registra entrada coincida con el empleado registrado. Estatus de actividad: Los empleados pueden seleccionar su estatus de trabajo actual al registrar entrada (disponible, remoto, trabajo de campo, etc.). Huella del dispositivo: Identifica el dispositivo utilizado en cada registro para asegurar la trazabilidad. Sincronización instantánea: Todos los registros se envían inmediatamente al servidor central para reportes en tiempo real. Gestión de incidencias: Los empleados pueden consultar y crear solicitudes de incidencias laborales directamente desde la extensión. El módulo permite consultar el historial de solicitudes con filtros por fecha y estado, ver el detalle incluyendo documentos adjuntos y flujo de aprobación, y crear nuevas solicitudes. Soporta múltiples tipos de incidencias como vacaciones, maternidad, enfermedad, incapacidad, permisos con y sin goce de sueldo, home office, días festivos laborados, horas extra, retardos, capacitación, permisos médicos, anticipos de sueldo, reembolsos y préstamos. Permite adjuntar hasta 3 documentos de soporte y dar seguimiento en tiempo real al estado de aprobación. Medidas de seguridad: Acceso protegido por PIN para prevenir uso no autorizado. El reconocimiento facial valida la identidad del empleado contra los datos biométricos registrados en nuestro SaaS FiscoClic para realizar el registro de entrada y de salida. La verificación de ubicación asegura que los empleados estén donde dicen estar. ¿Cómo funciona? 1. El empleado instala la extensión y configura su token único. 2. Crea un PIN de 6 dígitos para acceso rápido diario y proteger su acceso. 3. Abre la extensión e ingresa su PIN para autenticarse. 4. Selecciona el estatus de actividad (en la entrada) y hace clic en Check. 5. Si el reconocimiento facial está habilitado, la extensión verifica la identidad mediante la cámara. 6. Una vez validado, el registro de asistencia se envía al servidor con fecha/hora, ubicación, ID del dispositivo y estatus. Desde el menú principal, puede acceder al módulo de incidencias para consultar o crear nuevas solicitudes. La extensión se integra perfectamente con la plataforma Fiscoclic, proporcionando a las empresas una solución completa de asistencia multicanal con gestión de incidencias integrada.
