Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Extension.vn, including the website at https://extension.vn and our browser extensions (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Extension.vn ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Extension.vn provides a platform to discover browser extensions, manage extension-related accounts, and integrate extensions with shared sign-in and identity features. Individual extensions may offer additional tools such as translation, screenshots, color picking, or authentication helpers.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Some features require signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activity that occurs through your use of the Services.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of unauthorized access or suspected compromise of your account.

Our extensions are distributed through the Chrome Web Store and other channels. Installation and use are also subject to the applicable store's terms and policies.

• Extensions may request browser permissions necessary for their stated functionality.
• Extensions may communicate with extension.vn APIs for identity, authentication, optional marketing opt-in, or feedback.
• You are responsible for reviewing each extension's permissions and description before installation.
• We may revoke API access for extensions that violate these Terms or applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or third-party services.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Services except as permitted by law.
• Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Use the Services to violate Chrome Web Store policies or applicable export, sanctions, or data protection laws.

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access where appropriate.

If you submit feedback, extension listings, emails, or other content through the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process that content to operate, improve, and support the Services.

You represent that you have the rights to submit such content and that it does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights.

The Services, including software, branding, design, and documentation (excluding user content and third-party materials), are owned by Extension.vn or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal or internal business purposes.

The Services integrate with or link to third-party services such as Google Sign-In, hosting providers, analytics tools, and the Chrome Web Store. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, that extension features will work on every website, or that results will be accurate or reliable. Browser extension behavior may change due to browser updates, site changes, or third-party policies.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXTENSION.VN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Extension.vn from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where required by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law—will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the website or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Vietnam, unless applicable law grants you the right to bring claims in your country of residence.
