Smart Copy Formats copied messages with author names and timestamps. Teams normally strips this information when copying, which Microsoft considers intended behavior. Smart Copy restores it. Groups consecutive messages from the same person within a configurable time window (default 5 minutes). Output includes clear separators between different authors.
