Sleep timer, keep-awake modes, and video-aware auto close for Chromebook and Google Chrome. Stop the screen from turning off at the worst possible moment. This lightweight and easy-to-use extension helps you control Chromebook and Google Chrome power behavior in just one click. Keep Awake Mode Prevent the screen and system from going to sleep when you need to finish a download, read a long article, watch a stream, or keep your device active while working. Shutdown Timer Start a one-time timer and let Chrome close automatically. It is useful before sleep, during breaks, or whenever you want to limit usage time. Close at a Specific Time Set Chrome to close at an exact time of day, for example at 11:00 PM. If that time has already passed, the extension moves the run to the next day. Repeating Schedule The time-based mode supports repeating schedules: one time, daily, weekdays, weekends, or custom weekdays. Video Mode (VID) The extension can keep the screen awake while video is playing and close Chrome after playback ends if no media is still active. Warning Before Closing One minute before the timer ends, a warning window appears so you can cancel shutdown or postpone it for a few more minutes. Visual Status Control The extension icon always shows the current mode: IDLE, ON, OFF, or VID. When a timer is active, the remaining time is displayed. Battery Protection When the battery level gets low, the extension automatically disables active ON and VID modes so the device does not drain completely. Quick Access Timers can be started not only from the OFF window, but also from the context menu and keyboard shortcuts.
