It automatically detects time and timezone expressions within webpage text and converts them into your local timezone, eliminating the need for manual calculations. When reading emails, chat messages, documentation, or articles, HoverTime identifies common formats such as “3 PM PST”, “10:00 AM London time”, or “14:30 CET” and displays the corresponding local time inline or in a small tooltip next to the original text. This makes it easier to follow conversations and schedules across different timezones. HoverTime operates passively and only processes visible page text when enabled by the user or on supported websites and is designed to be lightweight, fast, and non-intrusive.
