YouTube Detox is a productivity extension designed for people like me who feel that their phone — and platforms like YouTube — are getting in the way of their goals. If you’ve ever opened YouTube to watch "just one video", only to find yourself an hour later watching random videos that don't even matter to you, you’re not alone.
