View and rewind Kick livstreams and download VODs Pause and rewind livestreams! This extension allows users to view and download Kick VODs and livestreams within the browser. If the streamer has VODs turned on, you will be able to pause, rewind, playback and download the current livestream. Recordings of livestreams will download every 15 minutes. The recording starts when you click the REC button. When you arrive on the page, the tool will keep a 5-minute rolling buffer before you click the REC button. So, if you are watching a stream and decide you want to record what you just viewed, you will automatically get back whatever was in that buffer as well. When you click the STOP button, the tool will make one more request to the server for the most recent stream data and then download. ATTENTION: Be sure you have enabled kick.com to download multiple files within your browser settings or you will only get the first video segment when downloading VODs. This Extension fills the void left by Kick not implementing a way of having VOD's resume from where you left off watching from. This is a Simple Extension that Remembers and resumes the last playback position on Kick VODs All Data is kept locally on your browser, nothing is sent to Kick or any other servers by this extension To use the extension, simply have it enabled in Chrome, open a Kick VOD page and start watching. When you reload the page or browse away and come back the player will return to close to where you left off (as long as you are at least 1 minute into the VOD). This Extension fills the missing functionality of the Kick Website for VOD Viewers. Does this work on VOD's that are still live? Yes... But, only if you are viewing the VOD page itself (kick.com/streamername/videos/some-guid-for-the-vod). "Rewinding" or watching a live VOD from the main channel page (kick.com/streamername) will be ignored by the extension and will not monitor playback time or resume on page load.
